BMO SmartFolio is Bank of Montreal's robo-advisor, using exclusively BMO ETFs to build its portfolios. Five risk levels are available.

SmartFolio's advantage is the trust associated with the BMO brand and integration with BMO banking accounts. Fees are however among the highest of Canadian robo-advisors.

Suits those who want the peace of mind of a big bank. Total fees are around 0.90% (management + MERs), significantly more expensive than Questwealth (about 0.40% total).
