It also holds an option to acquire 100% interests in the Lithium Creek property covering an area of 8,240 acers located in Nevada, the United States. The company was formerly known as Sultan Minerals Inc. and changed its name to Apex Resources Inc. in July 2016. Apex Resources Inc. was incorporated in 1989 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
